I ordered 4 tumblers, one for me and 3 as gifts. The quality of the design I chose is amazing. She helped me with designs and was always quick to answer questions. Shipping was quick, even during the holiday season. The cup is nice and sturdy, metal, which is great for keeping things cold and came with a reusable straw. I have ice in it now at 7pm that I put in at 7 am.

If any of my friends needed something made I would recommend them to Kimmy because she is so creative and talented and everything I have ordered from her has come out perfect! Also I bought some two trucks for my nephew and she customized it for me and when he saw it he was beyond excited and I ordered a unicorn for my niece through her and she loves it and sleeps with it every night!
